If you ever get tired of the Windows boot screen logo, then you might want to change it.

The most easiest way to do so is to download a program called
BootSkin (943.16 kB)
You can choose to use the range of cool preinstalled
boot screens provided or even create your own by going to the Help Section.

Keep in mind that your image must be max 640 x 480 pixels and it must also be saved as a 16 color bitmap (.bmp extension).

• Open Registry, to do this click Start then Run

Are you sick of Windows taking 10 minutes to start up or taking a long time to do anything?
This may be caused by having too much junk running in the background.
A simple to way to solve this is to delete all the junk running!
First click on the start button, run and then type “msconfig”
Go into the startup panel and you will see a screen like below





Each of the checked boxes show what programs will be loaded at startup
and you can stop them from loading simply by unchecking.
Uncheck all the programs you don’t need and once done, click apply
and restart the system, now when it loads again, the system should load a lot faster.
